Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie this week reported charges against three individuals.
Felonies
Rochelle Braxton Lee, 54, of Lancaster was charged July 24 with conspiring to trespass or commit larceny (felony), and working without a contractor’s license (misdemeanor), a Middlesex County warrant.
Sandra Taylor, 63, of Henrico was charged July 26 with breaking and entering a dwelling house while it was occupied with the intent to commit a misdemeanor other than assault and battery or trespass.
Misdemeanors
A Kilmarnock woman, 40, was charged July 27 with driving after forfeiture of driver’s license.

July 22: Staff responded to the 100 Block of Iberis Road for a larceny; and to the 200 block of Ocran Road for a larceny.
July 23: Staff responded to the 2000 Block of Field Trial Road for construction fraud, to the 100 block of Millenbeck Road for a larceny, to the 10000 block of Mary Ball Road for debris in the road, to the 19000 block of Mary Ball Road for verbal threats, to the 50 block of Wishing Well Lane for trespassing, and to White Chapel Road for an abandoned vehicle.
July 24: Staff responded to the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge for an injured osprey, to Regina Road for debris in the road, to the 300 block of Leetown Road for a wanted person, to the 100 block of Taylors Creek Road for a suspicious person, to Kendall Hall Drive for a disabled vehicle, to Mary Ball and Devils Bottom roads for a disabled vehicle, to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for a suspicious person, and to the 50 block of Bellevue Road for a verbal disagreement.
July 25: Staff responded to the 100 Block of Doggett Lane for a suspicious person, to the 2000 block of Little Bay Road for a downed tree, to the 800 block of Lumberlost Road for a single-vehicle traffic crash, to the 600 block of Corrotoman Road for a suspicious person, and to the 800 block of Greenvale Road for suspicious activity.
July 26: Staff responded to the 1600 Block of Harris Road for an adult welfare check, to the 4000 block of Mary Ball Road for an abandoned vehicle, and to Norris Bridge for a reckless driver.
July 27: Staff responded to Mary Ball and White Chapel roads for a suspicious vehicle, to the 60 block of Beach Creek Road for legal advice, to the 100 block of Lancaster Drive for a custody dispute, and to the 300 block of White Chapel Road for a domestic disturbance.
July 28: Staff responded to the 4000 Block of Windmill Point Road for a larceny, and to Courthouse and Beanes roads for a disabled vehicle.
Staff also conducted 20 traffic stops, issued 22 summonses, assisted a motorist, investigated two building alarms, logged an inmate transport, received two E911 hang up calls, and fielded four calls for animal control service.
Fire Calls
Upper Lancaster Volunteer Fire Department responded to an electrical fire at 1083 Ottoman Ferry Road.
Kilmarnock VFD responded to a fire alarm at 356 Gascony Lane.
White Stone VFD responded to a fire alarm at 1130 Crab Point Road.
Northumberland County Sheriff Johnny Beauchamp this week reported charges against 13 individuals.
Felonies
Huey Anthony Singleton, 65, of Kilmarnock was charged July 25 on a direct indictment issued by the Northumberland County Circuit Court for three felony counts of forgery/uttering and one count of other forgery.
Tammy Lee Singleton, 52, of Kilmarnock was charged July 25 on a direct indictment issued by the Northumberland County Circuit Court for 14 counts of forgery and uttering.
Antwan Sentelle Taylor, 44, of Reedville was charged July 27 with possession of a Schedule I/II drug.
Franklin O’neal Sorrell, 33, of Farnham was charged July 27 on a capias to show cause issued by the Northumberland County Circuit Court for violating probation. He was served by the Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office.
Misdemeanors
A Heathsville man, 31, was charged July 22 with three counts of animal cruelty.
A Heathsville man, 41, was charged July 23 with two counts of violating a protective order.
A man, 43, (no address given) was charged July 24 with a capias/attachment of the body issued by the Northumberland County General District Court for failing to appear on the original charge of driving under the influence, second offense and driving suspended. He was served by the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
A Reedville woman, 58, was charged July 24 with illegally dumping trash.
A Heathsville man, 57, was charged July 25 on a capias/attachment of the body issued by the Northumberland County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court for failing to appear in their court on the original charge of child support.
A Callao man, 48, was charged July 26 with a capias/attachment of the body issued by the Richmond County Circuit Court for failing to appear in their court for child support. He was also charged on two capias/attachments of the body issued by the Northumberland County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court for a civil show cause and failing to report to Northern Neck Regional Jail for weekends. He was served by Northumberland County Sheriff’s Office.
A Farnham man, 32, was charged July 26 with driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense.
A Callao man, 42, was charged July 28 with assault and battery and petit larceny. He also was charged with damaging property.
A Reedville woman, 32, was charged July 28 with assault and battery and injuring a telephone line to prevent help from being summoned.
