When Shannon Herring first walked into Hubbard Insurance Agency in September 1999, she had no way of knowing that 25 years later she not only would still be there, but she would be a vice-president and partner in the longstanding Kilmarnock business, along with president Mark Clark and secretary/treasurer Ian York.
