Northumberland High School (NHS) and Pinnacle Community Outreach Group recently announced the second Fall Fun Color Run will be held at 10 a.m. October 12.
The race will begin behind NHS, 201 Academic Lane, Claraville, and proceed through single track trails and open fields for 5 kilometers with several color stations to make sure participants finish much more colorful than when they began, reported race director Mike Mullins. The run/walk event is open to fun seekers of all ages. Groups and costumes are encouraged.
The individual entry fee is $25. Proceeds will benefit the NHS athletic department, said Mullins.
