The Northern Neck Orchestra on October 5 will showcase works by two composers, Lili Boulanger and Samuel Coleridge-Taylor. The concert also will feature the grand Symphony No. 8 of Czech composer Antonin Dvorak.
The performance will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Lancaster Elementary School Theater, 191 School Street, Kilmarnock. A pre-concert talk hosted by music director Michael Repper will begin at 6:45 p.m.
Tickets are $40. Tickets for the entire four-concert 2024-25 season are $128, including a holiday concert December 14 in Kilmarnock. Students are admitted free. All tickets may be purchased at www.northernneckorchestra.org or the door.
