LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, November 22, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
Jerome A. Elmore of Lancaster pleaded guilty to an amended felony charge of selling/providing a Schedule I/II substance. He was given a five-year suspended sentence, with five years probation and ordered to pay $560 in court costs.
In the case of Monterra T. Cottrell, no address given, charged with four felonies for violating probation, a trial was scheduled for February 7.
In the case of Devon L. Napier of White Stone, charged with two felonies for violating probation, a trial was scheduled for December 13.
