Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie this week reported charges against two individuals.
Felony
Thomas Ray Tilley, 47, of Mathews was charged November 18 with three counts of manufacturing, selling, giving, distributing or possessing with intent to manufacture, sell, give or distribute a controlled substance.
Misdemeanor
A White Stone woman, 32, was charged November 25 with receiving stolen goods.

November 18: Staff responded to the 800 block of Ocran Road for a burglary and grand larceny, to the 600 block of Mosquito Point Lane to check the welfare of a resident after being alerted by the landlord, to a walk-in report of a noise violation, to the 100 block of Goodluck Road for a single-vehicle traffic crash, to the 100 block of School Street for an assault, and to Mary Ball and Pierces roads for a traffic hazard from an animal carcass.
November 19: Staff responded to the 8800 block of Mary Ball Road for threats made to harm another, to the 5300 block of Mary Ball Road for a noise complaint, to the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge for a pedestrian walking in the roadway, to a walk-in report of a civil issue, to the 500 block of White Chapel Road for a disorderly person, to the 400 block of Old Orchard Drive for a domestic disturbance, and to the 2400 block of Browns Store Road to assist Northumberland County Sheriff’s Office with a malicious wounding from a gunshot.
November 20: Staff responded to the 100 block of School Street for an assault.

Staff also conducted six traffic stops, issued seven summonses, assisted four motorists, recorded three deer strike accidents, logged two inmate transports, received eight E911 hang up calls, and fielded a call for animal control service.
