LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, December 13, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Johnathan F. Mitchell of Warsaw, charged with two felonies for violating probation, a show cause hearing was scheduled for February 21.
James B. Kelly Jr. of Lancaster was found not guilty of two felonies for shooting into an occupied building.
In the case of Brittany M. Stewart of Kilmarnock, charged with felonies for destruction of property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a status hearing was scheduled for January 24.
In the case of Christopher Baublitz of Lancaster, charged with three felonies and one misdemeanor for violating probation, two felonies for abuse of a child, disregard of life; a felony for destruction of property; a felony for not reporting an accident with more than $1,000 in damage; a misdemeanor for driving on a revoked or suspended license; and two infractions for improper child restraint devices for children under eight, a bench trial was continued to February 28.
Devon L. Napier of White Stone pleaded no contest to two felonies for violating probation. He was sentenced to….There's more to this story...
