HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, January 7, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Joshua R. Bryant of Oneida, New York, charged with four counts of intercourse with a victim 13 years old or younger while being over 14 years of age at the time of the offense, the case was continued to January 14.
In the case of David V. Christian of Kilmarnock, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, a capias was issued and the case was continued generally. Christian remains a fugitive.
