New owners plan to establish a lavender farm at historic Clifton

Tucked away behind side streets and 127 acres of land in Kilmarnock lies a true piece of history at Clifton.

Dating from the home’s construction 240 years ago, the character of the architecture remains intact and the history of the original families who built and resided in the home are celebrated. Since new homeowners Kevin and Stacey Noll moved in this past December, Clifton has taken on a new life in the form of a lavender farm all while still honoring its rich heritage.

Kevin and Stacey of Two Bee’s Lavender Farm moved to the Northern Neck several years ago from Northern Virginia to enjoy the waterways of the Chesapeake Bay and the small town and community lifestyle….
