Volunteer Income Tax Assistance free tax prep services will be offered from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays through April 12 at Lancaster Community Library, 16 Town Centre Drive, Kilmarnock.
Taxpayers who wish to use this service should pick up an envelope at the library from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays or 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Return the packet to tax preparers during the designated times and days. Volunteers cannot guarantee that new returns brought in on the last day will be completed by the April 15 tax filing deadline.
