LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, May 23, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Joseph S. Callahan of Topping, charged with three felonies for violating probation, an arraignment was continued when Callahan failed to appear.
In the case of William M. Beales of Hartfield, charged with a felony for possession of a Schedule I/II substance and appealing a General District Court misdemeanor conviction for DUI, first offense, with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.2%; a jury trial was scheduled for June 20.
In the case of Alkendra S. Coleman of Lancaster, charged with two felonies for violating probation, a status hearing was scheduled for July 25.
