Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie this week reported charges against four individuals.
Felony
Cody Ray Jones, 32, of Deltaville was charged June 10 with seven counts of violating release and pretrial conditions on the underlying charge of grand larceny; two counts of violating release and pretrial conditions on the underlying charge of entering dwelling house, etc., with intent to commit larceny, assault and battery or other felony; violating release and pretrial condition on the underlying charge of assault and battery on a law enforcement officer; and violation of release and pretrial condition on the underlying charge of destruction of property (misdemeanor).
Misdemeanors
A Bristow woman, 30, was charged June 11 with appearing in public in an intoxicated condition.
A Lancaster woman, 42, was charged June 12 with failure to appear for court for arraignment on the underlying charge of reckless driving.
A Lancaster man, 35, was charged June 13 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

June 9: Staff responded to the 100 block of Oyster Way for an adult welfare check, to the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge for a reckless driver, to the 3000 block of Crawfords Corner Road for threats, to the 400 block of Greentown Road for a scam, to the 100 block of Kathy Drive for an adult welfare check, to the 400 block of East Church Street for a domestic disturbance.
June 10: Staff responded to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for legal advice, to Weems and Lumberlost roads for a disabled vehicle, to the 200 block of Methodist Church Road for the legal advice, to the 100 block of Entertainment Drive for larceny, to the 1000 block of White Chapel Road for suspicious activity, to the 6000 block of River Road for gunshots in the late evening hours, and to Courthouse and Mary Ball roads for a reckless driver.
June 11: Staff responded to the 30 block of Woodbrook Drive for suspicious activity, to the Norris Bridge for a disabled vehicle, to Cove Colony and Starview Place for a downed tree, and to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for the mail theft.
June 12: Staff responded to the 600 block of McSwain Road for an adult welfare check, to the 1700 block of Laurel Point Road for trespassing and larceny, to the 200 block of Methodist Church Road for a verbal dispute, to the 100 block of Steamboat Road for an adult welfare check, to the 800 block of White Chapel Road for a juvenile complaint, to the 1300 block of Oak Hill Road for a suspicious person, to the 500 block of Devils Bottom Road for larceny, and to the 800 block of Mary Ball Road for destruction of property.
June 13: Staff responded to the100 block of Campbell Road for legal advice, to the 900 block of West Point Road for an adult welfare check, to Morattico Road and Hickory Lane for a traffic complaint, and to the 600 block of Rappahannock Drive for a suspicious person.
June 14: Staff responded to the 20 block of Mercers Place for a scam, and to the 1400 block of Shore Drive for a domestic disturbance.
June 15: Staff responded to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for a suspicious person, and to the 500 block of Devils Bottom Road for a child welfare check.
Staff also conducted 27 traffic stops, issued 16 summonses, assisted two motorists, recorded a deer strike accident, handled a request for traffic control, investigated four building alarms, received five E911 hang up calls, and fielded six calls for animal control service.
Fire calls
White Stone Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at 130 Oyster Point.
Northumberland County Sheriff Johnny Beauchamp this week reported charges against six individuals.
Felonies
Edward Lee Lane, 42, of Kilmarnock was charged June 13 on a direct indictment issued by the Northumberland County Multi-Jurisdictional Grand Jury for two counts of manufacturing/distributing a Schedule I/II drug. He also was charged with two charges of possession of a firearm while selling a Schedule I/II drug.
Garnica Israel Hernandez, 39, of Warsaw was charged June 15 with a felony of unlawful bodily injury. This was a Northumberland County warrant served by the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
Misdemeanors
A Burgess man, 36, was charged June 11 with violating a protective order.
A Kilmarnock man, 42, was charged June 13 with a capias/attachment of the body issued by the Lancaster County General District Court for failing to obey a court order. The original charge was a capias for failing to pay restitution. The Northumberland County Sheriff’s Office assisted Lancaster with this arrest.
A Kilmarnock man, 42, was charged June 13 with a capias/attachment of the body issued by the Northumberland County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court for failing to appear in their court on original charges of child support.
A Lancaster man, 35, was charged June 13 with unauthorized use of a vehicle. This was a Northumberland County warrant served by the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office.
