The Northumberland Public Library will offer A Cooking Tea Party, a kids cooking program for ages 7 and older, from 2-4 p.m. Thursday, July 17, in the Tavern Meeting Building at Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern, 73 Monument Place, Heathsville.
“Kids who sign up will learn how to bake some delicious treats to eat and then have a tea party,” said Nicole Carrington, children and youth services coordinator.
