Family reunion
The descendants of Dandridge W. and Naomi Bush Cockrell will hold their 41st family reunion Saturday, July 19, at Lebanon Baptist Church, 20 Alfonso Road, Lancaster.

First African Day
First African Day will be observed from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. July 26 at Stratford Hall Preserve, 483 Great House Road, Stratford.
The celebration will include dance performances, culinary demonstrations, music, art, tours, storytellers and at 3 p.m., a presentation by 2025 Pulitzer Prize winner Dr. Edda L. Fields-Black.
