The Lancaster Community Library Book Group on Monday, July 21, will be joined by Kurt Muse, author of Six Minutes to Freedom: How a Band of Heroes Defied a Dictator and Helped Free a Nation.
All are invited to this special program with the author at 2 p.m. in the upstairs meeting room of the library, 16 Town Centre Drive, Kilmarnock, said library director Alice Cooper. Muse will relate the true story of how he was imprisoned for nine months in a Panamanian prison and became the only American civilian ever rescued by Delta Force.
