KILMARNOCK—Calvin Earl Luckham, 70, of Kilmarnock passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017, with family by his side.
Calvin was born to Hiram “Hambone” and Essie Luckham of Irvington on September 19, 1946.
He is survived by his daughters, Teri George (Wayne) and Lisa Luckham; son Thomas “Chad” Luckham; fiancé, Judith Schocken; sister, Shirley Pruett; niece, Crystal Pruett; grandchildren, Tiffany Bishop, Jared Blake, Danielle Blake, Ethan Haskiell, and Jaden George; four great-grandchildren; and furry companion, Gidget.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Hiram Jr.; as well as his son, Jason.
Calvin is remembered for his big heart and will be greatly missed by many. He was a past service member of the Kilmarnock Rescue Squad and was the owner of Main Street Chevron in Kilmarnock.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, August 3, at Currie Funeral Home in Kilmarnock. Casual attire encouraged.
