The Northumberland Association for Progressive Stewardship (NAPS) seeks nominations for the 2025 Northumberland Distinguished Citizen Award, as well as its Ambassador Award, which goes to non-county residents. The awards honor individuals, teams, organizations, or businesses that advance the goals of NAPS.
