Sheriff’s Report 11-13-25

Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie this week reported charges against three individuals.

Felony

Karl Noland Blackwell, 62, of Richmond was charged November 3 with violation of probation on a felony offense.

Misdemeanors

A Lancaster woman, 32, was charged November 3 with three counts of revocation of suspension of sentence and probation on the underlying charges of trespassing after having been forbidden to do so, and two counts of revocation of suspension of sentence and probation on the underlying charge of petit larceny.

A Lancaster woman, 34, was charged November 6 with two counts without authority, trespassing or remaining upon the property after having been forbidden to do so by an authorized individual.

Activity report

November 3: Staff responded to the 200 block of Antirap Drive for a larceny.

November 4: Staff responded to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for an adult welfare check, to Pinckardsville Road for a single-vehicle traffic crash, and to the 200 block of Lovers Lane for gunshots in the late evening hours.

November 5: Staff responded to the 200 block of Red Fox Lane for a suspicious person, and to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for a reckless driver.

November 6: Staff responded to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for threats, to the 100 block of First Street for an assault, to the 100 block of Sandlin Drive for a prowler, and to the 800 block of Weems Road for a domestic disturbance.

November 7: Staff responded to the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge for debris in the highway, to the 900 block of Peirces Road for a domestic assault, to the 100 block of Taylors Creek Road for a suspicious person, to the 5000 block of Irvington Road for harassment, to the 500 block of Devils Bottom Road for disorderly conduct, and to Goodluck Road and Jessie duPont Memorial Highway for a two-vehicle traffic crash.

November 8: Staff responded to the Norris Bridge for a two-vehicle traffic crash, and to the 5000 block of Mary Ball Road for a reckless driver.

November 9: Staff responded to the 50 block of Dodson Road for an adult welfare check, and to the 20 block of Trappers Lane for a juvenile complaint.

Staff also conducted 34 traffic stops, issued 23 summonses, assisted four motorists, recorded three deer strike accidents, handled a request for traffic control, investigated three building alarms, logged two inmate transports, received five E911 hang up calls, and fielded two calls for animal control service.

Fire calls

Upper Lancaster Volunteer Fire Department responded to a utility pole/line fire at Lara and Alfonso roads.

Kilmarnock VFD responded to a fire alarm at 39 William B. Graham Court, an electrical fire at 200 Old Fair Grounds Way, and a traffic crash at Goodluck Road and Jessie duPont Memorial Highway.

White Stone VFD responded to a traffic crash on the Norris Bridge.
