Five River Fibers Guild to hold holiday potluck luncheon Monday

DoRienz purchased the wool for her sweater in Scotland and the buttons in Brooklyn, N.Y. Henderson’s sweater was made in Australia and represents Aboriginal motifs. Harvey’s sweater is made from wool from Zack, one of her Leicester Longwool heritage breed sheep.
The Five Rivers Fiber Guild will meet at 10 a.m. Monday, December 8, in the Rappahannock Room at Rappahannock Westminster Canterbury, 132 Lancaster Drive, Irvington, for a holiday potluck luncheon. Visitors and potential new members are welcome to attend.
Members and guests are urged to wear handmade items and to bring any fiber-related items, such as fabric, yarn, books, tools and notions, they are ready to pass along for….
