LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, December 19, with the Hon. David B. Cadell presiding.
In the case of Curt Dowdy of Lancaster, charged with a felony for violating probation, a bond hearing was continued and a show cause hearing was scheduled for January 9.
In the case of Christopher L. Goins Jr. of Mollusk, appealing a General District Court bond denial, bond was again denied.
In the case of Steven W. Self of Weems, appealing a General District Court bond denial, bond was again denied.
