The Steamboat Era Museum, Kilmarnock Museum and Compass Entertainment Complex have joined together to offer a free screening of “Steamboats on the Chesapeake” for students on January 29.
The viewing will begin at 1:45 p.m. at Compass Cinema Six, Compass Entertainment Complex, 100 Entertainment Drive, Irvington.
Public schools in both Lancaster and Northumberland counties, Chesapeake Academy and home schoolers have been notified, reported Kilmarnock Museum president Carroll Lee Ashburn.
