Lady Devils searching for a win

After two weeks of play, the Lancaster High School varsity girls basketball team is still looking for that first win.

The Lady Devils dropped three games last week, including two in Northern Neck District play.

Colonial Beach beat Lancaster, 34-16, on Tuesday, January 6, and Northumberland defeated LHS, 33-15, on Thursday, January 8. Northampton also got by the Lady Devils, 31-26, in a regional game on the Eastern Shore on Friday, January 9.

The Drifters held Lancaster to one point in the first quarter and scoreless in the third in the district opener at….
