FREDERICKSBURG—The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) recently announced crews will replace three drainage pipes under River Road at Deep Creek in Lancaster County with a concrete box culvert.
Starting March 3, River Road will close to traffic between Mary Ball and White Chapel roads for an estimated six months to safely install the box culvert, reported senior communications specialist Darragh Frye.
