HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, February 24, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Taykwan D. Lucas-Croxton of Hague, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, the case was continued to March 10.
In the case of Richard G. Gallagher of Reedville, charged with two counts of probation violation on a felony offense, a show cause was set for April 28. Gallagher was not found.
In the case of Dwayne P. Walters of Heathsville, charged with four counts of manufacturing/distributing Schedule I/II substances, his third or more offense, a capias hearing was continued to March 10.
In the case of Kemijah D. Thomas of Heathsville, charged with distributing/selling Schedule I/II drugs for profit, a capias hearing was continued to March 10.
