Carolyn Quinn, owner of Dug In Farms, came to a difficult decision 18 months ago. It was time to put the farm and business up for sale.
Although the decision to step away from the farm, the market, her customers and the “farm family” was bittersweet, she knew it was the right time. “My parents live in Oklahoma, they are doing great but can no longer travel long distances,” said Quinn. “I’m looking forward to having the flexibility in my schedule to visit them more often.”
After meeting numerous families who shared her dream of farming and living closer to the land, Quinn finally met the perfect match. On Wednesday, November 8, Doug and Karen Jablonsky, along with their children CeCe and Ian, will be the new owners of….
