Aqua Virginia recently announced the acquisition of 21 water systems that serve about 1,500 people in Lancaster, Northumberland and Westmoreland counties. Aqua purchased the assets of the systems from Kevin L. Gouldman and Northern Neck Water Inc. for nearly $468,000.
