The Friends of the Northumberland Library’s Arts Alive! exhibit for December features the work of Elayne Bond Hyman of Frederick, Md.
A reception will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday, December 13, at Northumberland Public Library, 7204 Northumberland Highway, Heathsville. Refreshments will be served.
