Two classic plays were recently performed at Lancaster primary and middle schools to audiences of students across a range of age groups.
Primary students enjoyed J.M. Barrie’s “Peter Pan” and students from both Lancaster Middle School and Chesapeake Academy Middle School were treated to Stephen Crane’s “Red Badge of Courage.” Both plays were adapted for the stage by the Barter Theater’s playwright-in-residence Catherine Bush.
