Arts foundation concert celebrates loyal patrons

The Chesapeake Center at Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury (RWC) overflowed with music, laughter and shared stories on Saturday, February 4, as residents welcomed local artists The Gurleys for an afternoon of folk, bluegrass and blues delivered with a good dose of humor.

The concert, sponsored by the Rappahannock Foundation for the Arts (RFA), honored the RWC subscribers and long-standing partnership with RFA, including support as RFA sponsors and providing transportation to residents who attend On Stage performances in Kilmarnock. More than 75 residents attended, many of them RFA subscribers and patrons.

RFA president Rita Grinbergs welcomed and thanked the RWC audience for their continued support of the RFA.
