The Northern Neck Audubon Society will conduct its annual membership meeting from 2-4 p.m. June 21 at Grace Episcopal Church, 303 South Main Street, Kilmarnock.
Elections will be held for officers and directors. All members in good standing are eligible to vote, reported acting president Ken Knull.
The slate of nominees for officers includes president Ken Knull, vice president Andy Brown, secretary Bill Hoover and treasurer Karen Knull.
The slate of nominees for directors includes membership Patricia McMurray and citizen science Kevin Howe.
The slate of officers for at-large directors includes Leslie Fellows, Alice Stevie, Katherine Bergdoll and Sandy Dodge.
Openings remain for the director/committee chairman positions for communications, outreach, programs and advocacy.
