After a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bethel-Emmanuel United Methodist Men’s group will again hold a memorial service for deceased veterans.
The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 30, in the church cemetery adjacent to Bethel UMC, 142 Old Bethel Road, Lively.
A list of veterans buried at Bethel Cemetery will be read, reported program director retired USNOAA Capt. Robert V. Smart.
