The Health & Wellness Ministry of Beulah Baptist Church, 4448 Mary Ball Road, Lively, will sponsor a Health Workshop from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, January 14.
The Virginia Department of Health (VDH) will provide education on healthy blood pressure and administer free blood pressure checks, reported Jean Smith-Turner. VDH also will hold a vaccination clinic for anyone who is still in need of a flu vaccine or the latest bivalent vaccine.
