Rev. Evelyn Penn has been appointed to the Bethel-Emmanuel United Methodist Charge (BEUMC).
Rev. Penn comes to Lancaster from the Buckingham Charge in Dillwyn, reported charge office secretary Kayla Brophy.
“The charge is excited to welcome Rev. Penn to our community and we look forward to working with and getting to know her as she begins her ministry here,” said Brophy.
Rev. Penn’s first Sunday in the local pulpits will be July 4. Worship services begin at 9:30 a.m. at Emmanuel in Morattico and 11 a.m. at Bethel in Lively.
