he Church of the Deliverance Smart Start for Success Youth Empowerment Program will sponsor a Black history celebration at 3 p.m. Sunday, February 19, at White Stone United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, 118 Methodist Church Road, White Stone.
The celebration will include music, spoken word poetry and drama. Jerrell Golden of Tappahannock will entertain and minister to youth.
