Power of Pink event.
Bon Secours Rappahannock General Hospital on October 3 hosted the Power of Pink event at Grace Episcopal Church. This third annual breast cancer awareness event drew an audience of approximately 100 attendees and volunteers for an evening of community-focused education, networking, refreshments and door prizes.
“Each year this event is growing in size, as well as depth. The emotional connections forming amongst this community, and the role that we as a community healthcare provider play in fostering these connections is so important.” said Fran Victor, RN, RGH radiology nurse navigator and event chairman.
