The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck recently awarded Youth of the Month honors to Ariauna Coleman, James Cook and Zakiya Rice.
Coleman, 9, is a rising fourth grader who will start Lancaster Middle School in the fall. When she grows up, she wants to be a fashion designer, she said.
She attends Queen Esther Baptist Church as a youth member under the leadership of pastor Carolyn Fisher. Prior to the pandemic, she was an active member on the youth choir. She likes to paint, play games in the gym and loves doing….
