Twice weekly Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck (BGCN) executive director Phillip Mumford meets Deanna Lavery, child and family coordinator at The Haven Shelter, to distribute 130 meals and snacks for 13 youth housed at The Haven, which offers emergency shelter to individuals who have experienced violence living within the Northern Neck and Essex County.
A blue “Club on the Go” packet consisting of educational materials and activities is also included.
