Michael Burrell, 9, and Derionte Wood,15, have been named the Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck (BGCNN) March Youth and Teen of the Month.
Burrell is a fourth-grade student at Lancaster Primary School, reported unit director Sheena Hebbons.
He has been a member of the BGCNN for one year. He is in the Positive Action program, where an adult mentor works with him on academic improvement and character development skills, said Hebbons. He also enjoys the chess club.
