Boys & Girls Club volunteers make a difference

The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck (BGCNN) recently announced volunteers are making efforts to reach out to members.

Our volunteers always step up when our kids need them the most,” said operations director Jonathan Putt. “Just in the past couple of weeks, as we’ve been thinking of multiple ways to reach our kids in their homes, five wonderful people have offered to read books online, one has filmed etiquette lessons that she normally gives our primary school members in person, and another has been planning to continue her introduction of great artists through the painting classes she began at the primary school this past winter.”
