Broadband group issues call for board members

LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Broadband Authority (LCBA) is seeking volunteer board members.

Broadband is a driving force today for all aspects of modern lives, said LCBA vice chairman Keith Kidd. Education, entertainment, health and commerce are but a few of the needs complemented by the existence of broadband.

The LCBA, a five-person independent board, was created to drive broadband adoption in Lancaster County, said Kidd. The board is seeking applicants to fill two….
