KILMARNOCK—During the Kilmarnock Town Council meeting on Monday, August 16, economic development committee chairman Kylie Abbott announced several updates regarding new businesses coming to town.
Hawthorn Commons KVA LLC has submitted a site plan along with other planning documents to develop a Starbucks on the vacant lot in front of Tractor Supply on North Main Street, zoning administrator Marshall Sebra later confirmed.
Also, in way of major franchises, a Domino’s Pizza is quickly making headway towards opening, Abbott said.
The Domino’s will be at 23 West Church Street and the owners currently plan on offering delivery services, said Sebra.
