The Northern Neck Orchestra (NNO) will present Mozart’s comic opera masterpiece “The Marriage of Figaro” performed by the Capitol Opera Richmond (COR) at 4 p.m. February 16 at Good Luck Cellars, 1025 Goodluck Road, Kilmarnock.
