Captain’s Classic winners announced

Some 34 players on 17 teams recently participated in the third annual Captain’s Classic at Deadrise Disc Golf in Irvington, according to a tourney organizer Davy Nichols.

Team Big Disc Energy of Paul Bodensick and Andrew Coxe won first place. Aaron DeHart and David Lowey as team Fick & Dart Jokes placed second and The Leftist Movement, Patrick Kennedy and Andrew Reeder, third.

Christopher Baines won closest to the pin on hole #6 and Bodensick was closest to the pin on hole #16. DeHart won the longest drive contest on hole #18.
