The 86th Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department’s Firemen’s Festival will open tonight, July 29, and continue through Saturday, August 7, except Sunday, August 1. The carnival will operate from 7-10 p.m. weekdays and 7-11 p.m. Saturdays at the KVFD Carnival Grounds, 200 Waverly Avenue, Kilmarnock.
