” The festival will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. through Saturday, August 4, at the KVFD Carnival Grounds, 200 Waverly Avenue, Kilmarnock. The carnival offers rides, games, food concessions and a raffle. The grand prize, a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited Sport, will be awarded on the final night. Tickets are $10 each and are available at the carnival.
