Ryiah Carrier Moore, B.J. Carrier, and the family of the the late Lloyd Carrier recently presented a $1,217 donation to the Lancaster High School athletic department.
Carrier, who died January 8, was inducted into the Northern Neck Sports Wall of Fame in 2011 for his 17-year tenure as boys basketball coach at LHS. During that time, he amassed a 236-98 record with five district tournament titles, three regional titles and five state tournament appearances.
