The Christian Men United will sponsor a community gospel sing and chicken dinner fundraiser at 2 p.m. June 14 at the Northumberland County Community Center, 679 Browns Store Road, Heathsville.
The gospel sing will feature music by the Beulah Baptist Men’s Choir, Laurie Breakwell, the Macedonia Men’s Choir, the Seas of Galilee Choir and Russell Veney, reported John L. Pitman. The menu will include fried chicken, potato salad, string beans, beverage and homemade dessert.
