KILMARNOCK—Clarence William “Billy” Fallin, 81, passed away peacefully Monday, April 7, at his residence in Kilmarnock, surrounded by family.
Born on April 16, 1943, Billy was the son of the late Frances Fallin and Ira Fallin.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Barbara; and their two children, Kevin Fallin (Kathy) of Warrenton and Tania Dulany (Robbie) of Manassas. He was the proud grandfather of Mark and Megan Fallin and Austin, Madison and Travis Dulany. He is also survived by a brother, Wayne Fallin of Kilmarnock; and niece, Pam Whittaker Grice (Don) of Gloucester.
Billy was predeceased by his sisters, Doris Wallace and Linda Gordon; as well as a brother, Frank Fallin.
Billy was the director of engineering for over 50 years at Willco Construction in Rockville, Md.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Lebanon Baptist Church in Alfonso. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, April 11, at Currie Funeral Home in Kilmarnock.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Lebanon Baptist Church, P.O. Box 344, Lively, VA 22507.
