Kathleen Noffsinger’s class of some of 15 watercolor artists, both beginner and advanced, will be on display through April 29 at the Lancaster Community Library, 16 Town Centre Drive, Kilmarnock.
Noffsinger has been teaching both beginner and advanced artists for over 18 years at the Rappahannock Art League and the Bay School.
Her weekly Thursday morning classes in Deltaville run in two-week cycles in the spring and then again in the fall. This “Class Act” has been exhibiting at the Lancaster Community Library during April for the past three years.
