The Music by the River concert featuring Wayne Henderson and Helen White has been to the Upper Lancaster Volunteer Fire Department Pavilion, 4508 Mary Ball Road, Lively. The concert will begin at 6 p.m.tonight, July 21. Picnics are welcome.
The concert is partially supported by the Virginia Commission for the Arts and National Endowment for the Arts.
